RAK Airways carried over 250,000 passengers in 2011 and is gearing up to launch its high premier product ‘RAK Premier’, in the first week of June.

John Brayford, acting CEO RAK Airways, said: “With the launch of RAK Premier, we will offer a high standard of personal service to our RAK Premier customers. The product spells ‘Dedicated To You’. Passengers travelling on RAK Premier will be offered chauffeured limousine pick up from their residence anywhere in the UAE to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.”

Once at the airport, a ground staff team has been dedicated to this service to ensure seamless ground assistance right through immigration and passport control, through dedicated RAK Premier counters. While on-board the aircraft passengers are provided a personalised service and ‘restaurant in air’ experience, even on a short flight’.

John Brayford added, “RAK Premier is one of our initiatives to drive our customer base and it will certainly form the springboard for the airline’s expansion in 2013.”
