Archipelago Hotels launches 24/7 reservations

Archipelago International, the management company of Aston, Kamuela, Quest, Neo and Fave hotels, is now offering 24/7 reservations by email, fax, phone and live chat.
The company, which currently manages 49 hotels around Indonesia and Southeast Asia, is offering reservations at any time of day via [email protected], the toll-free number +62 800 183 1000, or via a live chat service on the company’s branded websites.
“Customer satisfaction is one of our primary goals and we believe by offering a fast response 24/7 reservation service, we can accommodate customer needs day and night, wherever and however they contact us. We will continue to increase our innovative services as we develop and expand our core brands across the archipelago,” said Tenaiya Brookfield, Archipelago’s Director of E-commerce.
