India sanctions 14 mega tourism projects J&K

India has sanctioned 14 mega tourism projects worth INR73.50 crore for Jammu and Kashmir (J&K). The sanctioned projects will enable the state
for infrastructure and conservation of heritage sites. “The nine tourism projects worth INR38.35 crore are being currently executed in the Kashmir valley,” Nawang Rigzin Jora, Minister of Tourism and Culture for Jammu and Kashmir told the Press Trust of India. The minister also said four tourism projects have been sanctioned for funding Jammu.
