Crystal rolls out Magic Castle
By Mark Elliott, 24 July 2012, Tuesday 12:33 AM
Crystal Cruises has launched a new onboard magic show.
Led by magician Rich Bloch, the ‘Magic Castle at Sea’ concept will see Hollywood magicians come aboard Crystal’s ships to entertain guests. Starting this week aboard Crystal Symphony and next month on the Crystal Serenity, the Magic Castle will add a new live entertainment option to 13 cruises this year and every voyage in 2013.
“Considering club guests can only gain entrance if they’re in LA and invited by a member, Crystal’s Magic Castle at Sea provides rare access to a truly spellbinding entertainment experience,” said Crystal’s Vice President of Entertainment, Bret Bullock.
Onboard performances are invitation-only, with advance, complimentary tickets available at the ships’ libraries. Guests can choose from multiple, half-hour performances over the course of several nights. Audiences are limited to just 25 guests.
