Luxury hotel company Four Seasons has officially opened its first property in Guangzhou.
Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou is set in the top 30 floors of the 103-storey Guangzhou International Finance Center (GZIFC), and guests are welcomed at a 70th floor atrium lobby, the interior of which rises 30 stories – higher than the Statue of Liberty.
The hotel features 344 rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, while other facilities include six dining and entertainment venues, the 1,070m² Hua Spa, and a 24-hour fitness centre with a 25-metre lap pool overlooking the city and a poolside terrace. The hotel also features 3,585m² of event space including three ballrooms.
“We are particularly pleased to be the 88th Four Seasons hotel worldwide, doubling our luck for a successful future in Guangzhou,” said Four Seasons’ Regional Vice President and General Manager, Bahram Sepahi.
