AirFrance-KLM has introduced SkyPriority service in India. The airline will offer this service to Elite Plus, First, Business Class and Premium Economy class passengers in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The service will offer priority check-in areas, baggage drop-off, transfer desks, security (where available), priority boarding and baggage handling.
Commenting on introducing these services in India, Yeshwant Pawar, GM for South Asia at Air France-KLM said, “This service will help align all members to a common and consistent service standard for priority airport services across the alliance and also strengthen the group’s decision in the market by giving it a first mover advantage of offerings.”
