Gulf Air’s restructuring plan on course

Gulf Air’s Board of Directors held their second meeting under the chairmanship of HE Shaikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, deputy prime minister recently to ensure implementation of the restructuring plan designed to put the airline on a path towards long-term sustainability. 

The Board of Directors reviewed the report presented by the Executive Restructuring Committee dealing with various aspects relating to development of the company such as fleet, network, financial status and other important issues. The Executive Restructuring Committee was instructed to meet the airline’s management weekly to ensure a transparent and timely implementation of the plan and submit its report to the Board.
