Hilton Worldwide has recently signed an agreement with existing owning company, Abdulmohsen Al-Hokair for Tourism & Development, to develop a second Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Riyadh.
The signing also marks the third Hilton Garden Inn in Saudi Arabia following the signing of Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk in September 2012.
The new 130-room Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Andalusia is currently under design to incorporate the same comfort, style and service as Hilton Garden Inn.
Rudi Jagersbacher, president, Hilton Worldwide Middle East & Africa said: “Riyadh continues to attract large numbers of international companies seeking a Middle East base which, in turn, is fuelling demand across a number of sectors, including hospitality.”
