Bangkok Airways boosts flights for 2013
Bangkok Airways will add a range of new services in 2013, in the addition to the launch of new domestic and international destinations.
The airline will commence twice daily flights to Krabi from 31 March, and four weekly services to Mandalay from 16 September. Both new destinations are already open for booking. Also this year, Bangkok Airways will boost its existing Bangkok-Trat service to three daily flights, and Bangkok-Male to five flights per week. Capacity will also be added to the airline’s Bangkok-Phnom Penh service, which will be operated using an Airbus A319. It is also seeking permission to add more flights to Koh Samui.
Bangkok Airways recently launched a direct service from Bangkok to Vientiane and an additional service between Hong Kong and Koh Samui. Flights to Koh Samui, Siem Reap and Luang Prabang will be seasonally adjusted.
