Four Seasons Sydney adds meeting suites
By Mark Elliott, 13 February 2013, Wednesday 10:34 AM
The Four Seasons Sydney has launched four new residential meeting suites, creating a new option for event planners.
The hotel’s entire second floor has been used to create the new spaces, with the former Kable’s restaurant and two private dining rooms converted into four units – Studio One, Studio Two, Studio Three and The Residential Suite.
The Studios cater for events of between 18 and 180 people, and can be used as one large space or split into three smaller rooms. With a capacity of up to 120 guests, The Residential Suite features an adjoining lounge area with armchairs and coffee table. The rooms are also linked by two breakout areas.
“This is the final phase of a large scale three-stage refurbishment and one we are extremely proud to share with our guests,” said the hotel’s GM, Vincent Hoogewijs. “The suites are not only an ideal place for large-scale meetings and conferences, but the residential feel we’ve chosen creates an ideal venue for weddings, while the Residential Suite transforms from meeting by day to private dinner by night.”
