Shares in troubled British cruise line All Leisure Group fell by 11% yesterday as the company faced a backlash to its recent onboard technical failures.
The line, which owns Voyages of Discovery, Swan Hellenic and Hebridean Island Cruises, faced problems when its ship, the MV Voyager recently when two of its four generators failed.
The technical problem forced the ship to cut short a 10-day cruise and return to Portsmouth – it was also revealed, in the Evening Standard, that the line had had to cancel another cruise due to depart on Sunday 2 June.
The problems with Voyager, which was only launched in December, have meant that All Leisure’s share price has dropped 4p to 32p.
