IndiGo plans Ranchi flights

IndiGo Airlines is planning to start flights to Ranchi from August.
According to sources at Birsa Munda Airport, the airline will launch Ranchi-Mumbai service in the first week of August. “It is a welcome step and will definitely draw more airlines to the city,” R R Kumar, director of Ranchi Airport told the Times of India.
Currently, Air India, GoAir and Jet Airways are operating from Ranchi, while IndiGo Airlines will be the fourth on the list.
