Flynas has set out a strong and aggressive target for 2020. The airline with a brand new livery and new business strategy aims to target 20 million passengers by 2020, as reported in Saudi Gazette. The company recently announced a complete overhaul of its operations – with the launch of a new brand identity, a new business class offering on all routes and a customer-centric service model.
Sulaiman Al-Hamdan, CEO Nas Holding said: “To date, flynas has carried more than 12 million passengers on 110,000 flights, with the highest rate of passenger growth recorded in 2013, with passenger load hitting three million during the past 10 months.”
The new flynas.com website also takes the ‘Better’ brand promise to the virtual world with a fresh and user-friendly interface. Adding more value to flynas’, all passengers are now given free check-in baggage (20 kg) too.
Al Hamdan further added: “We strive to uplift capabilities of our progressive, and innovative team that brings together a mix of great experience and fresh ideas.”
