With just a few hours to go before the announcement of the Expo202 bid, Al Fardan Family recently organized an event in support of the bid.
The event took place at Zaabeel Garden and was attended by Sheikh Maktoum bin Juma, HE Jaafar Ibrahim Al Fardan, former under-secretary to the Ministry of Finance & Industry in addition to other influential Al Fardan family members.
The highlight was the showcase of antique and heritage pieces belonging to Al Fardan Family collected over years which included pearls and tea pots dating back to 1945. In addition to this, Al Fardan Family’s autobiographical book was on display which narrates the history and background of the family, from where the great grandfathers started the legacy and how it has been running over the years.
