GHM has unveiled its latest Chedi hotel in Bali.
The Chedi Sakala is due to open at the end of February on a 2.5-hectare plot of oceanfront land at Tanjung Benoa Beach, in the Nusa Dua area of the island.
The property’s 247 suites all include kitchenettes, while the 150m² two-bedroom units offer ocean views and separate living and dining areas. There are also 14 two-storey pool villas which all feature full kitchens and infinity-edged private pools with built-in jacuzzis.
Facilities at the luxury resort will include a restaurant, lagoon-style swimming pool, kids’ club and a spa with eight treatment rooms. There is also a 630m² ballroom which can also be divided into six meeting rooms.
“We feel we’re really drawing the curtain on something fresh in Tanjung Benoa,” said the hotel’s general manager, Evan Pavlakis. “Together with our highly-regarded sister hotels in Seminyak and Ubud, we’re providing even greater entree to the multi-faceted appeal of Bali and its singular enclaves.”
The Chedi Sakala will become GHM’s third hotel in Bali following The Legian Bali and The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah in Ubud. But the company is already in the process of developing its fourth – The Chedi Club Jimbaran, which is scheduled to launch later this year.
