Indian online travel agency Cleartrip has formed a new partnership with RezNext Global Solution, the distribution technology company.
The arrangement will see a next two-way interface between the Cleartrip and its hotel partners. This will allow a faster exchange of data, using RezNext’s technology to provide Cleartrip users with real-time hotel bookings.
“Discerning Indian travellers today look for honest and competitive rates, exhaustive choices, room availability and last minute deals. With RezNext embracing new technology and offering seamless connectivity for Cleartrip, we’re confident of bringing unparalleled convenience to our growing customer base,” said Amit Taneja, Cleartrip’s director of hotels.
“This is just another step at Cleartrip to showcase to all its partners and users, the ability to make travel simple, with comprehensive content, innovative technology, responsive customer service, and a travel platform that strives to just work better.”
Mike Kistner, RezNext’s CEO, said that as well as improving customer experience, the new system would also be able to save the OTA money.
“RezNext more importantly allows hoteliers and distribution channels to do away with costs associated with manual distribution. Our technology also reduces dependency on labour, allowing hotels and channel partners to focus their resources on more important tasks, improving the productivity of their personnel,” said Kistner.
RezNext is now working with Cleartrip India, the UAE, Sri Lanka and Africa.
