Dubai gets its second Ascott Serviced Residence

The Ascott Limited recently signed an agreement to manage a second 117-unit serviced residence in Dubai. The new property – Ascott Culture Village Dubai – is scheduled to open is 2017 which is complimented by the Company’s two other serviced residences in Jeddah in July 2014.
The latest addition will boost Ascott’s portfolio in the GCC to more than 1,800 apartment units across 12 properties in Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Sym Lee, Ascott’s head for the GCC, said: “We have been witnessing a growing demand for luxury serviced residences in Dubai. Having another premier Ascott-branded serviced residence will allow us to cater to needs for quality serviced apartments.”
The management agreement for Ascott Culture Village Dubai was given to Rhodi Real Estate.
Ascott Culture Village Dubai will showcase a combination of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The other facilities included will be a swimming pool, gymnasium and restaurant.
In the GCC, Ascott is also slated to open its first properties in Saudi Arabia Ascott Tahlia Jeddah, Ascott Sari Jeddah and Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah, as well as its first properties in Oman Somerset Panorama Muscat and Sohar Garden Residences in 2015. In addition, Ascott is scheduled to open Olaya Riyadh and Somerset Corniche Jeddah in 2016.
