HMH signs new UAE hotel

Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) has signed a new hotel management contract in the UAE at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), as well as announcing the completion of two other hotels. The three new hotels are located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman and will boost the hotel’s UAE inventory by 40%, adding 378 rooms.

Among the newly signed hotels is Corp Al Khoory – Al Wasl – Dubai and The Royal Hotel – Abu Dhabi. Located on Dubai’s Al Wasl Road, Corp Al Khoory is in the advanced stages of development and is expected to be operational before the end of the year. The hotel houses 216 rooms and suites as well as dining, banqueting and meeting facilities.
Mohammed Tayyeb Al Khoory, Chairman of Al Khoory, said; “We have been working with HMH since the launch of Coral Al Khoory Hotel Apartments in Al Barsha and are glad to once again partner with the group. We have enjoyed a strong association with HMH and this new deal will strengthen our relation further.”
In addition to the new agreement, HMH announced the soft launch of Liwa Executive Suites in Abu Dhabi and Coral Residence, Ajman. The Abu Dhabi property includes 54 units within easy reach of Abu Dhabi Mall, Cultural Foundation, and Zayed Heritage Village. Coral Residence Ajman meanwhile, features 108 apartments.
Noblet said; “We are very excited to welcome guests at Liwa Executive Suites – Abu Dhabi our first hotel in the capital. The grand launch for the boutique property is earmarked in a couple of weeks.”
