Suba Hotel gets tech-friendly

In a bid to adapt to the fast moving technological environment, Suba Hotel has adopted the room automation system through an iPad. The deployment of this system enables controlling room lighting, television at the touch of a screen.
Wajeed Bagwan, general manager of Suba Hotel Dubai said: “We are one of the first few four star hotels in Dubai to introduce room automation system through an iPad. This is a step further in extending modern technology. We have embraced technology and have been using it increasingly in every area of operation for better results.”
The in-room iPad technology is currently functional in all of the 92 rooms and suites. The hotel receives a good market mix from several regions. The occupancy has increased from 30% to over 90%, post Eid in just seven weeks.
The Group is also planning to launch three hotels in the region by then end of 2017.
