Australian cruisers will be offered the chance to circumnavigate South America, following the launch of Princess Cruises‘ latest itineraries.
Commencing in 2017, the cruise line will offer an 84-night ‘Circle South America’ cruise, which visits 28 ports in 18 countries, including Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador and Uruguay.
The Sea Princess cruise ship will depart Sydney on 11 January 2017, while round-trip voyages are also available from Auckland and Brisbane.
“We know Australians love our longer trips to Asia, Hawaii and Tahiti so we think they’ll jump at the chance to immerse themselves in the colour and excitement of South America as part of this landmark circumnavigation,” said Princess’ vice president for Australia & New Zealand, Stuart Allison.
The South American cruise forms part of Princess’ new 2016-17 Australia and New Zealand programme, which will see five ships sail to 112 destinations across 39 countries, including 23 new ports.
