Air Arabia has opened a new sales office and city terminal check-in to serve customers in Ras Al Khaimah.
The facility on Nakheel Road was officially opened by Sheikh Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Civil Aviation.
Air Arabia opened a hub at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport in May 2014 following the signing of a strategic partnership between the airline and the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Civil Aviation. The airline completed its first year of operations from Ras Al Khaimah and currently serves 10 destinations directly from the Northern Emirate. This is Air Arabia’s fourth sales office in Ras Al Khaimah, including its facility at the airport.
Air Arabia’s Ras Al Khaimah sales office and city terminal check-in is located behind the Lulu Hypermarket on Nakheel Road and will be open daily from 09am to 10pm, with sales agents able to assist customers with booking flights and accessing the latest deals across the Air Arabia network.
Customers can also drop off their bags and collect their boarding pass before journeying to either RAK International Airport or Sharjah International Airport. The facility is equipped to accept baggage from 24 to three hours before departure, which is then transported straight to the airport. A shuttle bus to the airport is also available for added passenger convenience.
