Budget carrier Tiger Airways has appointed Steve Burns as Chief Operating Officer.
A statement said Burns will help the airline implement the airline’s regional expansion plans.
These include the expansion of its Australian operations, the establishment of Incheon Tiger Airways in Korea and the attainment of rights to service new routes like the Singapore-Kuala Lumpur route.
Burns has over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, including various management roles in easyJet and bmibaby.
