Ritz-Carlton‘s ultra-luxurious Reserve brand will make its debut in Bali on 5 September.
The new Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is set along the banks of the Ayung River in Ubud, surrounded by rice paddies and jungle. The resort will offer 35 suites and 25 private pool villas, plus to four F&B outlets, a spa, fitness centre, sauna, riverside yoga studio, pool and an organic farm.
The property will also focus on health and wellness, offering a selection of “spiritual, wellness, health and detox programmes”. And children will be kept entertained with a series of “nature-based educational activities”.
Mandapa will become only the third Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the world, joining existing resorts in Krabi and Puerto Rico.
It also becomes the second Ritz-Carlton resort in Bali, following an existing beach resort in Nusa Dua.
