SilverNeedle Hospitality has signed an agreement to bring its Sage Hotels brand to Brisbane.
The new-build hotel, to be known as the Sage Hotel James Street Fortitude Valley, will form part of the Queens Arms pub redevelopment project.
Covering four storeys, the upscale property will offer 93 rooms, a coffee shop, restaurant and wine cellar, and all guests will be offered free Wi-Fi.
“We are delighted to be working in partnership to deliver a brand new Sage Hotel to Brisbane,” said SilverNeedle’s group area vice president of business development, Tushar Raniga. “This will provide business and leisure travellers with convenient accommodation at Fortitude Valley.”
The hotel is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2017, when it will join other Sage Hotels in Adelaide and Wollongong.
