On 18 December Air Europa will launch flights to the Argentine city of Cordoba, the country’s most populated city, via Asuncion in Paraguay.
The route, operated by an Airbus 330-200, will operate four days a week, from Madrid, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
The aircraft will accommodate 275 passengers in Economy Class and 24 in Business Class. The A330 making this journey will also benefit from a new configuration including flatbed seats as well as onboard Wi-Fi service via satellite.
The inauguration of the new route will take place on the completion of the first anniversary of the flight to Asuncion, a route that has shown very positive results with an average of over 11,800 passengers transported in the first trimester of 2016.
With this new destination Air Europa continues its expansion throughout South America. The airline will also launch flights to the Ecuadorian city of Guayaquil on 18 December and add flights to Bogota on 28 June.
As well as these destinations, Air Europa already connects Madrid with Caracas, Lima, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Salvador de Bahia, Sao Paulo, Montevideo, Asuncion and Buenos Aires.
