On The Go Tours has seen its passenger numbers to Russia double between January and May, year-on-year.
The strength of the pound against the ruble, global sporting events and low flight prices have put Russia back on the holiday map. Now is one of the best times to visit, which is why On The Go Tours has launched a range of summer savings on its guided group tours.
On the Go Tours is offering a 20% discount on eight selected Russia group tours departing before 31 August, and a 10% discount departing between 31 August and 31 December, including four Christmas and New Year departures. These offers are available on all bookings made by the 30 June.
With prices starting from £349 per person, the 10 tours available range from four to 10 days. Tour highlights include visiting the 15th century Pskov-Pechorsky Monastery in Pechory, a guided walk through the gardens of the Kremlin in Moscow and an opportunity to explore The State Hermitage Museum, formally the home of Russian Tsars, in St Petersburg. As with all On The Go Tours, guides are on-hand for the highlights.
In addition, On The Go Tours is also offering a special two for one deal on its Vodka Shot and Route of the Romanovs itineraries that depart on the 16 August. Travellers will see the best of Russia in under a week on the Vodka Shot tour enjoying a guided tour of the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, home to one of the world’s largest art collections, and visits to the Peter and Paul fortress and Peterhof gardens, often referred to as Russia’s ‘Versailles, along with Moscow’s Red Square, Lenin’s Mausoleum and St Basil’s Cathedral. Alternatively, adventurers can embark on the Route of the Romanovs itinerary which includes all of these attractions and an additional rail journey crossing the Ural Mountains bound for Yekaterinburg, onboard the Trans-Siberian railway.
