Australia’s Argyle Hotel Group (AHG) has signed its 90th hotel in China.
One of the largest international hotel groups in the country, AHG operates dozens of hotels under multiple brands all across mainland China, including its Argyle, Argyle Grand, Argyle Resort, Argyle Boutique and Ausotel concepts.
The latest project is an upscale Argyle Grand hotel located in Guiyang, the capital of southwest China’s Guizhou province. As well as being the company’s 90th hotel in China it also become the 12th AHG property in Guizhou.
“We first entered the Guizhou province in 2009 and have since had a strong presence in the province. We look forward to the opening of this new hotel and continuing to make an impact in the Guizhou province,” said Kevin Zhang, CEO of AHG China.
Located close to the city’s high-speed railway station, the new Argyle Grand Guizhou will feature 400 rooms, Chinese and international restaurants and six function rooms.
AHG said it would continue to pursue developments in China’s second, third and fourth tier cities.
