HK links boost to Fiji

The announcement by Air Pacific that they will commence flights between Hong Kong and Fiji will provide a massive boost to the island’s tourism industry, the Fiji Times has report Fiji Visitors Bureau as saying.
However the news that Air Pacific will start twice-weekly direct flights from Nadi to HK from June 2009 is tempered by the fact that Air Pacific has also decided to cease its thrice-weekly services to Tokyo - a market which represents a huge source of revenue of Fiji.
