China Airlines to fly direct to London

China Airlines has announced that it will provide direct Taipei-London Heathrow flights from 28 March. The three weekly services will be served using the carrier’s Airbus A340-300 aircraft in a two-class configuration. According to a Taiwan News report, the inauguration the new London route will make China Airlines the Taiwanese airline with the largest number of European destinations, with 21 weekly flights.
