Tour operator InsideJapan has launched a new sister brand InsideVietnam.
The new operation will offer escorted and tailor-made tours in Vietnam that like its sister brand aim to get “beneath the surface” of a country.
Four small group escorted tours have been launched initially, some including Cambodia and Laos, with its tailor-made options ranging from backpacking to luxury offering.
Both InsideJapan and InsideVietnam will launch new brochures in early March and now both operate under the InsideAsia Tours parent company.
“Following a survey of our clients, we found out that many would be keen to travel Vietnam with us. So, we’re using the same [InsideJapan Tours] concept in a different country, with a new team of experts,” said director Alastair Donnelly.
This January InsideJapan saw its sales surpass pre-tsunami levels. The second anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami will be on 11 March 2013.
