FERDINAND TRINIDAD fills the newly-created role of Vice President, Pre-Opening for ONYX Hospitality. The Filipino has held various operational with several renowned hotel groups in Asia including Shangri-La, The Peninsula and Mandarin Oriental.
 
DANIEL TANNENBAUM is the new Group Director Sales & Marketing for FICO Hotels, responsible for the Accor-managed properties. Tannenbaum has worked in sales and marketing at Accor for 16 years, covering Australia, the US, China, India and Thailand.
 
GILBERT MENNETRET takes over Grand Mercure Hongqiao, China, as the new General Manager. Having worked in Asia for around 20 years, Mennetret was most recently the General Manager of Novotel Wuhan Xinhua, China.
 
POLYZOIS SANIDIOTIS has joined Tauzia Hotel Management as the new General Manager of Harris Resort Waterfront Batam in Indonesia. Sanidiotis arrives from Kissos Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus where he also served as General Manager.
 
MARIE LAURE FLEURY is set to take over as General Manager of Boathouse, Kata Beach, Phuket. Ms Fleury, who arrives from another luxury Phuket resort, Trisara, will oversee the lead up to the reopening of the resort in October 2011.
 
KELLY LEWIS has been appointed General Manager of Indigo Pearl, Phuket. The veteran hotelier has held various positions within the industry and joins Indigo Pearl from Makena Beach Golf Resort in Maui, Hawaii, where he was also General Manager.
