flydubai recently announced its intent to continue using the Fiber-To-The-Screen (FTTS) In-Flight Entertainment system.
This would be for a follow-on order of 11 next-generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft on order for 2016-17.
Daniel Kerrison, flydubai’s vice president Inflight product said: “We look forward to rolling out the new fourth generation of the system which will enter service with flydubai from May 2016.”
The FTTS system has been part of the flydubai experience since 2010.
