MSC Cruises has announced the special touches which will be present on its Christmas and New Year cruises this year.
Each ship will be completely decked out with Christmas trees and entertainment will include carol singers, choir performances and even a midnight mass.
For the younger guests, MSC will ensure that Santa Claus is onboard, complete with gifts, for a special event in the ship’s theatre. There will also be live music until the early hours.
Each ship also has 60 Santa Claus suits for parents wishing to surprise their children.
A traditional Christmas dinner will also be served on the day with all the trimmings.
For New Years the ship’s location will play a major part in proceedings – with the Armonia offering a fly and drive tour to the holy city of Jerusalem.
Other ships will be visiting Madagascar, Copacabana, Mexico and Mozambique.
