Rocky Mountaineer has launched a new online training programme.
Named TRACKS, its modules cover its products, company history, routes and levels of service with other modules to be added in the next four months.
To mark the launch, the first 100 agents to sign up to the training programme and complete the first two modules by 15 March 2013 will be entered into a draw to win one of three iPad minis.
“Our new online training programme is convenient, interactive and equips the trade with up-to-date information that will not only assist them in selling Rocky Mountaineer more effectively but will allow them to identify a broader demographic of customer that may not have previously considered Rocky Mountaineer,” said Leslie Peden, director of sales – EMEA, Rocky Mountaineer.
