A strong round up for 2014 has resulted in an optimistic outlook for SweetBeam in 2015.
The company recently announced that it expects the number of guest nights it serves to nearly double during 2015 to 3.4 million, compared to 1.8 m guest nights across all its partner hotels in 2014.
“As the luxury hotel market becomes increasingly competitive, hoteliers are looking for ways to maximise revenues and engage in-house guests,” said Troy Simoni, CEO of SweetBeam. “With our services, hoteliers can provide each guest with relevant, tailored information at the right moment.”
On a futuristic note, by 2020, the firm will expand its operations to over 50 m guest nights across partner properties. The company is keen to expand its presence in London and has commenced services to two high-end luxury hotels.
