National Sales Manager

– Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to the clients in the clinics and hospital areas then cascade successful strategies to the team
– Monitor team performance and motivate them to reach targets and goals
– Responsible to coach team in pursuing sales prospects
– Arranges and attends appointments with Doctors, Dermatologists and clinics or hospitals, which may include pre- arranged appointments
– Monitors historical records of client’s basic information by requiring sales representative to submit records on contact details, areas and customer sales
– Maintain and build positive working relationships with co- workers, and other supporting teams/ departments
– Consistently attends company sales meetings, trainings, product launches, conventions, constitutions medical education “CME”, technical data presentations and briefings scheduled by the management or supervisor
– Trains newly hired sales agents on job function and responsibilities (i.e., fieldwork, reporting, product knowledge, etc.)
– Updates and informs management on sales performance of his/ her team
– Computes for sales agent’s quota and monitors sales agent’s performance
– Works all functions and assigned in all areas in Metro Manila
