Rixos Murjana, Saudi Arabia's largest ultra all-inclusive resort, has officially opened in King Abdullah Economic City. The project, financed by the Tourism Development Fund (TDF) in partnership with Emaar Economic City and FTG company, aims to enhance the diversity and quality of tourism experiences in the region. The inauguration was attended by Ahmed AlKhateeb, Minister of Tourism, and other key figures.

The resort, designed for families and leisure seekers, features 488 rooms and suites, 33 villas, and a variety of hospitality and wellness facilities. It also promises to create 250 job opportunities for Saudis, contributing to the country's broader developmental goals. AlKhateeb highlighted the resort's role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030, stating, "The opening of Rixos Murjana marks an important milestone in the development of high-quality tourism destinations across Saudi Arabia."

Qusai AlFakhri, CEO of the TDF, noted that the project represents a significant step in empowering the private sector and attracting foreign investment. "Rixos Murjana embodies the Fund's vision to empower the private sector and attract foreign direct investment," he said.

The resort offers a comprehensive experience with facilities like the Murjana Waterpark, Rixy Kids Club, and a variety of international dining options. Fettah Tamince, Chairman of Rixos Hotels, expressed confidence in Saudi Arabia's tourism vision, stating, "Rixos Murjana brings together scale, innovation, and elevated guest experiences."
