Abacus launches Asian corporate travel solution

Abacus International has announced the launch of Abacus TripPlan, a new corporate travel approval and management solution for Asian business.
Abacus TripPlan is designed specifically for business travel within Asia Pacific and offers several unique features including the pre-travel approval process – a common practice among Asian corporations often implemented manually or via a separate system. The new solution notifies supervisors of new trip requests, allowing them to approve immediately, through any device. This approval process applies to both travel within and outside of normal travel policy parameters, such as when travelling together with a client.
Another key feature is the integration with Abacus FareX and Abacus SmartPrice, through which it can offer the best competitive and corporate-negotiated fares. These fares are filtered and highlighted based on the corporation and traveller’s profile, ensuring full compliance with corporate travel policies.
