The Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies (GCAS) was recently recognised by the Airport Council International (ACI) during the Council’s annual world assembly in Seoul.
GCAS was recognised for hosting and facilitating ACI training programs for over 1,000 delegates in the past four years. These programs covered most of ACI’s portfolio of safety, facilitation, economics, environment, management & technical courses.
HE Ali Majed Al Mansoori, chairman of Abu Dhabi Airports, said: “GCAS was established with one main goal – to develop a pool of local talent that will ensure development of the aviation industry. I am confident there is yet much more to come from this institution.”
