ADAE 2014 garners more participants

Preparations are being undertaken aggressively at the Al Bateen Executive Airport in line for the Abu Dhabi Air Expo 2014. The event is being held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, national security advisor and vice chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
Etihad Airways has signed as the ‘official carrier’ followed by Royal Jet as the ‘Diamond Sponsor’ this year. Falcon Aviation Services (FAS) will also be committing to the Diamond Sponsor status. Mubadala will hold Gold Sponsor status this year. Breitling will be once again this year’s ‘Official Time Keeper’ during the Air Expo.
The Air Expo is scheduled to be held from 25 – 27 February 2014. The event is set to welcome over 17,000 visitors with an exhibitor line-up of 170 suppliers. The latest innovations and developments in the aviation sector will be showcased, relating to non-commercial aircraft, jets, helicopters, equipment, manufacturers, services, pilot training schools, accessories, avionics, insurance and financing.
Over 100 aircraft representing a range of models from ultra-light to heavy business jets, including the VIP AirBus corporate jet and the TBM 850, will be on hand to be explored by aircraft enthusiasts and businesses.
