ADIA opens traveller information centre

Abu Dhabi International Airport will now boast a traveller information service.
The service centre was recently inaugurated by HH Lt general Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy prime minister and minister of the interior. The new service is provided by the GCAA to protect national security and interests of citizens and travellers as well as to facilitate their movement.
The opening ceremony was attended by Laila Al Muhairi, assistant director general for strategy and international affairs at the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and chairman of Emirates Group, Sultan Saeed Al Mansouri, minister of economy, Khalid bin Essam Al Qassimi, chairman of Sharjah’s Civil Aviation Authority , Sheikh Salim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, chairman of Ras Al Khaimah’s Civil Aviation Authority , and a number of senior interior ministry officials.
