Japanese hotel group Agora Hospitalities will open a new hotel in Tokyo next month.
On 27 July, the Agora Place Asakua will open its doors in the historic Asakusa area of the Japanese capital.
The 146-room midscale hotel will offer free Wi-Fi and a restaurant, as well as a new pet-friendly concept, the ‘Precious Room’, allowing guests to stay with their pets.
The Agora Place Asakua’s GM, Masaru Shirakawa, also commented on the hotel’s unique approach to interior design. “The guestrooms are stylishly minimalist in design and amenities are kept simple so guests can choose to furnish their rooms during their stay with us with a variety of chic goods that on sale at the lobby shop located in the ground floor of the hotel,” he said.
The new Agora Place Asakusa is located close to the Tawaramachi metro station and is walking distance from the new 634-metre Tokyo Skytree – the world’s second tallest building.
