Air Arabia clocks 22% passenger growth for August

Air Arabia recently announced that they welcomed 379,092 passengers in August 2012, an increase of over 22% compared to the corresponding month in 2011. The average seat load factor reported – passengers as a percentage of total seats available – for the month stood at 83%, registering an increase of 3% over the figure for August 2011. For Q2 of 2012, the airline carried 1.3 million passengers, an increase of over 15% compared to the corresponding period in 2011.
