Air Arabia commence Armenia service

Air Arabia announced that it will begin offering a twice weekly service to Yerevan in Armenia from August 2013. Flights will depart from Sharjah International Airport on Tuesdays and Fridays.
“Armenia is rapidly emerging as a destination for tourists seeking culture and history,” said Adel Ali, group chief executive officer, Air Arabia. “Yerevan adds further strength to our already comprehensive network of destinations in Eastern Europe.”
Yerevan is Air Arabia’s fifth new route in 2013 in the UAE, Morocco and Egypt. Air Arabia will commence Armenia operations on 16 August 2013.
