Air China to launch Athens flights

Air China announced today that it will launch a new route between Beijing and Athens, via Munich. From 15 May the Greek capital will be served twice a week using a wide-body Airbus A330. Air China’s Beijing-Munich-Athens route will be operated every Wednesday and Saturday, with flights departing Beijing at 00.40am and arrive in Munich at 5.30am. Onward flights from Munich leave at 6.55am and arrive in Athens at 10.30am. Return flights will depart Athens at 11.30am, arriving in Munich at 12.55pm. The flights will then depart again at 2.25pm and arrive in Beijing the following day at 6.10am.
