Air New Zealand has embarked on a month-long tour of North America, to showcase its new seats.
The “Pleased to Seat You” roadshow will cover seven cities in the US and Canada from 14 September to 16 October, offering passengers a glimpse of the in-flight experience they can expect on Air New Zealand’s newly-refurbished Boeing 777-200s.
The roadshow starts in Vancouver, before heading to Toronto, New York, Washington DC, Dallas and Austin. The tour will end in Houston, Air New Zealand’s newest North American destination, which launches in December 2015.
The airline will be displaying its ‘Skycouch‘ product, which converts a row of three economy class seats into a flat bed, as well as its new premium economy seats.
The refurbished B777-200 will operate Air New Zealand’s new Houston-Auckland route and its Vancouver-Auckland services, which will be increased to daily between mid-December 2015 and late-January 2016.
