Malaysian low-cost carrier, AirAsia X, has announced that it will increase services on its Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne route from daily to 11 per week. The carrier launched the route last November with four weekly services.
Melbourne Airport CEO, Chris Woodruff, said; “Our Malaysian market grew 33% over the last financial year, a growing market these new services from AirAsia X will directly serve. These services will connect with AirAsia’s ever growing Asian network.”
