Amadeus completes biggest HK roll-out
Amadeus has completed its largest-ever agency solution roll-out in Hong Kong, following the implementation of Amadeus technology at 60 retail agencies run by Travel Expert Ltd.
Completed in just two weeks, the implantation has seen Travel Expert adopt several Amadeus solutions that form part of its Point-of-Sale system, including the Amadeus All Fares airline booking tool, Amadeus Quality Control and Amadeus OneClick emergency contact system.
“Amadeus has been instrumental in our business transformation that will lead to improvements in work flow and business efficiencies. If every second saved is contributed to customer service improvement, we will improve our bottom line while satisfying our customers and ensuring repeat business time and again,” said Alfred Kam, Travel Expert’s chief operating officer.
In addition to providing new technology, Amadeus has also initiated a ‘Continuous Innovation Committee’ to provide Travel Expert with ongoing information and help regarding new solutions.
