American Airlines has filed a lawsuit in the US against Sabre. The airline alleges that Sabre’s recent action against American, including making it more difficult to locate American tickets on Sabre displays, violates agreements between the two companies. The Texas-based carrier also filed a request for a temporary restraining order stopping Sabre ‘hiding’ American flights. Sabre’s move follows similar steps by Expedia, and is in response to American removing its tickets from Orbitz Worldwide.
