While the Gloucester Park apartments are available for a minimum of three months, the Cheval Group owns five other properties in central London, all of which cater for the different lengths of stay. The Hyde Park Gate and Thorney Court apartments offer more traditionally styled rooms with a touch of glamour. Available for a minimum of three months and 22 days respectively, these elegant suites are perfect for a taste of real English luxury in a prestigious area. For shorter stays, the Cheval Apartments are available for a minimum of seven nights. Situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, these trendy apartments and town houses are a stone’s throw away from the famous department stores Harrods and Harvey Nicholls. Also available for a minimum of seven days are Chelsea’s Phoenix House in Sloane Square and Calico House, set in London’s bustling financial district.

In terms of travel agent commissions, the Cheval Group is a cut ahead. The Cheval Group pays agents 10% of the net rental for the first 12 months of a guest’s individual stay.  If a visitor stays in an apartment continuously, the commission is 7% for the second year, 5% for the third, with no commission paid after 3 years.  Considering that the minimum stay at the properties is between one week and three months, this can be a very lucrative business.  While initially it requires a little more work from travel agents, one booking at Cheval equals several ordinary two night hotel transactions.
